Oil on board, 19" x 25" (482 x 635mm.), the rainbow of thinly-applied colors broadly brushed horizontally and diagonally, the figure of horse and jockey outlined in white (that of the unpainted ground) by strokes through the several colors. Signed lower right. Attractive 3"-wide brown-stained wood frame (slight wear). Signature somewhat faded; otherwise in fine condition. Probably, painted in the 1980s.
