A rare Chinese nanmu (cedar) wood pendant, with Chinese character engraved in both sides, 19th century. One side carved: Wu Zi Deng Ke (It is a tradition wedding wishes to a newly-married couple), the other side is: Chang Ming Fu Gui (it means Long Life and Prosperity) Excellent condition 3 1/8 x 2 3/8 inches (8 x 6 cm) |
