Well carved figure of Khyung in Chinese style, possibly a Sino-Tibetan Buddhism objects. The figure wears an ornate garment and the material is exquisitely detailed, decorated with relief patterns carved on the shoulders, knees, chest and garment bottom.

Khyung is an old Tibetan bird-god, associated with the sun. He is represented with the head of mythical khyung bird, which corresponds with the Indian Garuda.

Restore to the end of the right side ribbon, apart of that, it is in great condition.
