| A late Federal era New England banjo timepiece. This may date about 1820. The solid mahogany case features cross grain cut half round molding enclosing the reverse painted glasses. The glasses were with the clock when purchased, and although they are both complete restorations, speak for themselves as one of the best true-to-form examples you will see. The clock has been cleaned and put into good running order and the brasses cleaned up, but not polished bright. A great looking early 19th century clock. The weight not original. 34" high.
