A tall and wide bell bowl with ‘teared’ solid base; over a stout and shorter than usual plain stem and wide conical folded foot with rough pontil. Lead glass of a nice dark steely blue tone and in great condition with the odd small inclusion and bubble; great tooling marks and striation.
