| A very nice all hand stitched red and brown calico purse with a off white homespun lining. The purse is divided into two compartments. This is likely a gentleman's purse.It has several small areas of wear at corners and has some small holes. One of the original ties is missing and there are a couple of small stains....see pictures. This is a wonderful example of an early 19th C. calico purse in wonderful rich colors. It is 8" by 5" when closed and open it is 10" by 5". | ||
