| a fine example of a brass bed warmer with a paint decorated handle. The brass pan is incised with a peafowl and folky swirls and flowers. The handle has bulbous turnings and is paint decorated...see photos. The pan is in good shape and the original handle is also although it does have a few worm holes perhaps meaning it is from Cape Cod. It is 43" tall and the pan is 11" in diameter. Circa 1830. | ||
