| Handel Rose boudoir lmp. Beautiful bunches of roses and petals surround the entire shade, which is chipped ice, and sand finished on the exterior with the decoration being reverse painted. The shade sits on a bronze finish flower basket base. Freshly wired with period cloth. Shade is free of chips, cracks or repairs. Base is also in excellent condition and shows an area of verdigris to the bottom. Both the base and shade are signed Handel with the shade numbered 6699. These mint Handel boudoirs are getting hard to find and values will surely escalate into the first quarter of the 21st century as these lamps reach the 100-year mark since manufacturer. What a great holiday present for that special someone. | |
