| A rare large scale Old Silla dynasty gray stoneware bowl raised on a high tapering footrim. The bowl and base are incised with bands of wavy lines. The base has two rows of five rectangular slots dividing these bands. There are burial adhesions on the base, rim and interior of the bowl. Measurements are 40.5cm high X 38.5cm diameter or 15 3/4 inches X 15 inches. There is a repair line around the base of the bowl where it meets the pedestal. Such large scale examples are quite rare. | ||
