An early 20th century Chinese famille rose vase, well painted in the motif of two beauties reading the book. Signed by the maker, who is noted by immitating the style of the Ming painter Tang Bo Hu. An elegant piece. Good condition. Height 22.5cm.
Nice molded Guangxu inksticks with good weight and quality material. The
earliest design of the subject is from Qianlong, but this is the Guangxu
edition. Each has "tribute inkstick" molded on the top. Size: about 4.5
inch each. Condition: good.
A cloisonne censer with Qianlong mark and period, with possibly later attached
chain. Beautiful blue enamel color and wonderful white lotus design. Guaranteed genuine Qianlong. Size:
maximum width 12cm. Condition: enamel losses and minor flattened spot on
one side of the censer, minor enamel losses elsewhere, dents around the foot. Please
study pictures closely.
An antique Tibetan cover made of fragments of 18th century brocade imperial dragon robe and 17th century brocade dragon robe. High quality materials and a good example of this specimen. It has a strong presence. Size: 54cm by 43cm (not including tassels). Condition: wear, loss, break consistent with age (see pictures).
A scarce antique Chinese silk censor rank badge. Nice design and vibrant color. The central beast---hsieh-chi---is especially well embroidered. Size: each side of central panel 30cm. Condition: loss and loose thread on the border pattern (folded back), but the central panel is in good
