| Beautiful and early coin silver ladle by Gorham & Thurber of Providence RI. c.1850-52. The pattern is called Tipt and was first intoduced in 1840. Approximately 13" long. The bowl measures 3 1/2" deep x 4 1/4" wide. It weighs approximately 6 1/2 troy ounces. Monogrammed on the back of the handle S.I.M.B. Marked Gorham & Thurber, Providence RI. Gorham & Thurber were in business 1850-1852. Very good condition. Priced to sell. | ||||||||||
