Edgewood China size: 9 3/4 inches Gold marking in back and gold rim Gold is 22 karat gold back marking: EDGEWOOD/ CHINA/ WARRANTED/ 22 KARAT GOLD design: Floral Center Gold rim design year: uncertain location: uncertain used, not new Excellent condition No chips or cracks Very few light scratches from usage on plate Circular motion scratches running around gold rim as if from cleaning Light wear around inside of gold rim Not alot is known about Edgewood and from what I have read is not in any references. At least that I have found or read anywhere What I do know is this company appears to make designs for plates for other companies. One plate I saw on a website is marked with a HomerLaughlin 1920's date stamp |
