| Wonderful little hand painted dish decorated in the "Twin Poppy" pattern and signed FN. I am assuming it was done by Frank Nittel as he worked for Pickard for about five years and this was one of the company patterns. Condition is excellent with some tiny scratches to the wide gold band. The dish measures 6" in diameter. | |||||||
