An especially attractive flint glass - possibly crystal - mold pressed goblet in the block and star pattern with ruby flashed top. Over condition is very good although you can see some mild loss to the ruby. The glass probably dates to the last quarter of the 19th C. The goblet still retains the identification tag of the collector who was a socially prominent matron of a family who settled in north Georgia, and who died in 1939...

Attributed to Boston and Sandwich, this aqua goblet stands on a round foot and globular stem, with urn shaped bow. This form is very rare. In "as new" condition. We don't come across these too jars too often, so we are pleased to present one in practically perfect condition. We are tentatively classifying this jar as a cologne which makes it even more special. It is decorated with pinwheels, cross hatching, and fans and is finished with a star burst underside. The hollow stopper is decorated in diamond cut pattern which fits nicely in the wide lipped opening. The jar is most lovely for display. Dimension: 5 3/8" h
