Victor Gabriel is a Washoe Indian from the Lake Tahoe and Great Basin areas of California, working since 1975. He is an advanced silversmith whose esthetic of Native American is evidenced in his forms and lapidary work. This ring shows his skill as a goldsmith as well. A large opal is set in a gold bezel, framed by sugilite, coral and turquoise. The opal is 1"x1/2", size 7 1/4; excellent condition.

Anthony Lovato is an award-winning, highly collectible Santo Domingo Pueblo, NM, artist, who began working in 1974, and was most recently included in the exhibition at the New York American Museum of Natural History. The pendant offered bears the year '95' with the artist's hallmark on the reverse. It measures 4 1/2" x 1 1/4". The chain is not original to the piece, but will be included at the buyer's request.
