This ca. 1940's rainbow dancer was made using the stone-to-stone mosaic technique. Made of turquoise, coral, onyx and mother of pearl, encased and set on wire bands, some of which show slight bends. The condition is otherwise very good. The figure is 2 1/2" x 1 1/4", with an inner size of 5" and a 1 3/4" gap.

This concho belt by Austin Wilson, who was active ca. 1930's-1950's, is mounted on its original leather, 38" L. The conchos, hand stamped, are 1 1/8" x 1 1/4"; buckle: 1 5/8 x 1 3/8. Wilson is listed in American Indian Jewelry, 1,200 Artist Biographies, by Gregory Schaaf.

This very fine concho, ca. 1950's, is extremely well crafted, with each concho bearing a chanel inlay tribal motif that includes, onyx, turquoise, coral and mother of pearl. Each segment measures 2 3/4" x 2 1/4"; buckle: 3 1/8 x 2 1/4". It is on a 41" leather belt - excellent condition.

This highly detailed, silver Navajo pillbox from the 30's, 40's is enitrely handmade, with applied strap hinges. The top is slightly domed, with extensive stamping, as well as on the sides. 1 1/2" x 1" x3/8". Excellent condition.

An increasingly hard to find manta pin, ca. 1930's-40's, beautifully crafted of stamped, embossed, bow-shaped silver,accented with silver drops and set with high grade, natural turquoise. It has a silver patch on the back which is either original or applied shortly after it was made.

Anthony Lovato is an award-winning, highly collectible Santo Domingo Pueblo, NM, artist, who began working in 1974, and was most recently included in the exhibition at the New York American Museum of Natural History. The pendant offered bears the year '95' with the artist's hallmark on the reverse. It measures 4 1/2" x 1 1/4". The chain is not original to the piece, but will be included at the buyer's request. Excellent condition.

A highly collectible "Navajo" spoon, ca. 1905, made by the Warren Mansfield Company of Portland, Maine,(cf. p.63, Navajo Spoons, by Cindra Kline) depicting a full-figure plains indian in war-bonnet, holding a spear. The bowl shows a stamped whirling log in a star motif. 4 1/2"L, excellent condition.

A nicely crafted, channel inlay, Zuni knifewing dancer, 40's/50's, inlaid with onyx, blue-green turquoise, spiny oyster and mother-of-pearl. The braided cord is a bit frayed from use, but usable. The figure measures 2"W x 1 7/8"L. In very good condition.
