This well known design, usually bearing the Hector Aguilar hallmark and attributed to him, is actually the work of Manuel Altamirano, who worked for a time at the Taller Borda, and whose designs bear Aguilar's hallmark. This belt bears Altamirano's hallmark. It measures 31" L. The links are 1 1/4L"x1"W It shows wear and tear in the form of very minor dents on several links. 175 grms.

Constructed of multiple layers of silver sections, set with cabochon turquoise of various shades, and measuring 3 1/2" x 2 3/4". Hallmarked with bell #9, of 940 stlg. Slight bending to extreme lower right hand curve.
