The cut to fit glass base is 11.5" long by 8.75" wide. It has four ball shaped feet. The overall weight of the sterling without the glass is about one pound.

Beautiful handmade sterling silver bowl made in Mexico by C. Zurita in the 1950s. Exceptional workmanship in the split swirled handles and elegant scoop. It measures approximately 18.5" long by 6.75" at its widest. From the tallest rim, it is about 2.75" deep. It is fully hallmarked with "C. Zurita 925 Hecho en Mexico" and "Sterling Mexico." There is an eagle mark on one of the handles, please see the pictures. The overall weight is just under 2 lbs. It is in excellent condition.
