A definitely extremely rare Yuan Dynasty ( 1279 - 1368 ) covered porcelain box with underglaze Cobalt blue floral decoration. The cover decorated with a human figure sitting in a landscape on a rock.
Diameter : 5,5 cm.
Condition : One small filled chip to the cover ( which is to see on the last enlargement ) further in perfect condition, no re-paint.

A nice celadon dish with everted lip rim, decorated with two moulded applique´ fish and carved petals on the exterior. Nice bluish green Guan type crackled Celadon glaze over a porcelain body. Excellently, very thinly potted and superbly decorated in underglaze Cobalt - blue with a scenery with geese and water plants. Underglaze Jiangxi Ciye Gongsi Mark to the base of the vase . The cups very thinly potted, the rounded sides rising from a straight foot to an everted rim, finely decorated around the exterior with a profusion of multi-coloured 'flower-balls' arranged asymmetrically and scattered throughout, freely floating, all carefully enamelled in soft pastels against a white ground, the base inscribed in underglaze blue with a Qianlong ( 1736 - 1795 ) six-character seal mark and of the period.
