Enameled with the classic pattern in vivid famille rose colors, underglaze blue and gilt, two pheasants and a tree shrew perched among the blooms and branches, floral sprays to the underside. Ca. 1775. Diameter : 23,4 cm. Condition : Perfect. Provenance : Old German collection.

A rare quite small and lovely, well potted Longquan ware lotus bowl with a pale bluegreen Celadon glaze. Late southern Song Dynasty ( 13th. century ) Zhejiang ( Longquan ) Diameter : 10,6 cm. H : 4,7 cm. Condition : Perfect, nice glaze condition.

A excellently potted porcelain bowl. The exterior decorated with five circular medallions encircling the recessed base. Six - character Yongzheng mark in underglaze blue within a double circle and probably of the period. Diameter : 9,5 cm. H : 3,4 cm. Condition : Perfect.

Euro 1200 

A radiant casket made in the Koftgari technique, which is one of the most important types of South Asian metalware. Koftgari work features fine gold wire or gold leaf overlay hammered into patterns incised into the surface of an iron ground. The bottom decoration made in silver alloy foil, which unless cleaned has typically oxidised to black. Pakistan, Panjab, Sialkot or Gujrat, Kotli Loharan, ca. 1850 - 1870. Size : 16 x 11,7 cm. A large Ming Dynasty porcelain dish decorated with floral scrolls in underglaze cobalt blue. Pieces of this kind were found at the LENA SHOAL JUNK. Such pieces are also to find in the Topkapi Museum and in some other excellent collections. Ming Dynasty, late 15th. to the early 16th. century. Diameter : 32,2 cm. Condition : Perfect !

A genuine example of classic Ding ware ( Dingyao ) is rarely seen here at Trocadero. The sketchy incised design of the " duck in a pond " challenges the imagination. Song Dynasty. Dark grey stoneware body covered with a very nice and glossy, fine Guan - crackled, quite uncommon brownish celadon glaze. Song Yuan Dynasty ( thirteenth to fourteenth centuries ) Longquan ware, Zhejiang. Diameter : 6,4 cm. H : 6,7 cm. Condition : Perfect.
