Some weeks ago we had sold a quite similar, much smaller dish ( Stock # 621 ) with a similar shape and with a very similar decoration. Well potted dish with incised decoration and glazed with a nice, glossy, pale, creamy blue Qingbai glaze. The base of the dish full covered with glaze like we do know this from Ding ware dishes. The rim of the dish unglazed. Southern Song Dynasty ( 1127 - 1279 ). Diameter : 14,6 cm. H : 3,3 cm. Condition : Perfect ( The "chip" to the unglazed rim, which is to see on the first image of the dish, seems to be no later damage - it most probably happened to the time of burning the dish.)
