Very rare Jar of cuboid form. Floral decorated in underglaze cobalt - blue. On the shoulder are two moulded lugs in the form of chi dragons. Porcelain body covered with a transparent glaze, the base flat and unglazed. Height 5,4 cm. Jingdezhen or Fujian. Yuan Dynasty fourteenth century. Condition : No chip no crack, a small demage resp. repair to one of the molded dragons. Please look : John S. Guy " Oriental Trade Ceramics in South - East Asia " page 92, item Nr. 56.
