| Rather unusual 19th century Chinese glass seal of European shape. Beautiful transparent glass, pleasant finish to the surface. Imprint of the seal is shown on Enlargement 1. The bottom is crisply carved with two sank characters that can be translated as CLEAR STUDIO, red seal paste in the grooves. Very nice object for scholar’s desk. Height 2 1/8 inches, base 9/16 inches long. | ||
