| 20th century small ivory netsuke carved as a reclining horse with its head turned back. Must have been part of a set of Zodiac animals - see the companion monkey netsuke in my catalog. Perfectly captured attitude, very well carved out of beautiful even ivory, great level of detail, wonderful staining and patina. Signed ISSAKU on the bottom. Length 1 1/8 inches. | ||
