Two hand-colored botanical engravings, "Nila Hummatu" and "Perim-Kara," from Hortus Indicus Malabaricus, Amsterdam, 1678-1703. Engravings on laid paper, both printed as double pages with vertical folds in the center. There is a diagonal crease running along the top edge of "Perim-Kara" starting 1 1/2" down on the right side over the left corner ending above the plate mark. Each print measures 15" x 18." Sold as a pair.

Etching on laid paper. Published in 1904 by G. P. Putnam's Sons. There is a poke in the upper left-hand corner of image and an inch-long glass scratch and three or four pin-size scratches in the upper blank area inside the platemark. Sheet measures 17 1/8" x 13 3/4;" matting is 18 3/4" x 13 3/4."

Hand-colored Aquatint Engraving by Thomas Sutherland, after painting by Whitcombe. Lightly toned. Sheet measures 6 1/4" x 8 7/8."

Signed 'G. Cruikshank del' in the lower left-hand margin. This work was formerly matted, and the glue residue remains in the margins. Small areas of the top surface of the paper pulled up in a couple of spots; one affects the lower portion of the 'C' in Cruikshank. Measures 7 1/4" x 9 5/8;" image alone is 6 1/8" x 8 1/4."

This landscape with cows is a bumpy canvas with a 1" tear on the right-center edge. Canvas measures 18" x 30 3/4," frame is 26" x 38."

Canvas is lightly yellowed and in nice condition overall. Canvas measures 10" x 14," frame is 19 1/2" x 23 1/2."

Original Acrylic on Artist's Board, signed "MCS," dated 1962 on back. Some very light toning, very nice condition overall. Board measures 16" x 20," frame is 17 1/4" x 21 1/4."
