Original Pencil-Signed, Titled and Numbered Etching, #12/50. Signed and dated 1923 in plate. Minor silverfish damage at top right corner, at bottom center and just above the fire hydrant. There are also three stains, two of which are barely discernible. The noticeable on is atop the fire hydrant. Matting measures 15 1/2" x 21," sheet is 11" x 15 3/4," plate is 9 1/4" x 14 3/4."
