This Chinese famille verte porcelain rectangular jardinière is dated, circa 1900. It is octagonal with four small feet, and is finely painted with a green dragon on one side and lavender and brownish dragon on the reverse side. The octagonal corners each have auspicious symbols from the “Eight Treasures”, and the border around the rim has a repeating diaper pattern with a flower in the center of each side. There are signs of wear on the rim. It is 3 ¼” high x 8 ¾” wide x 6 ¼” deep.

Chinese altar chest with wide curved reticulated apron and sides carved with the “Eight Precious Symbols”, reticulated side spandrels are depicting Liu Hai with his coins, toad and bat, pair of small hinged doors with circular metal plate, and it dates to the 19th Century. Size: 33 ½” high x 77 ½” wide x 19 ½” deep (85.1 x 196.9 x 49.5 cm)

The musician is kneeling on the ground with his legs extended towards the back, holding a qin horizontally on a low narrow table with a round base. He is plucking the strings with both hands. The male figure wears a low rounded cap with an opening in the back, a long draped robe with long wide sleeves, detail seen in his mouth, nose, eyebrows and ears, from Sichuan Province. Chinese Lacquer Sewing Chest is on custom European chinoiserie stand with fleur- de-lis side's panels, and a wide stretcher with four brass feet. The sewing chest is finely lacquered throughout; top panel has a finely detailed lacquered landscape scene with pagoda buildings and figures in various pursuits. The interior has many small compartments with bone knobs and sewing accouterments. A pull out tray from underneath is missing the cloth sack which was for sewing debris. Condition: It has signs of age on the interior and small area on the side is missing lacquer. Size: 27 ½" high X 25" wide X 18" deep.

Chinese heavily potted stoneware dark-pink glazed jar, with the inside painted with a blue and white over-glaze floral motif. The surface has some raised unglazed small circular spots, as well as many kiln fired deep indented marks. Age: Late 19th-Early 20th Century. Size: 6 ½” high (16.5 cm)

The Chinese porcelain low round narcissus planter with a wide mouth, is painted in a copper-red with undulating dragons chasing the flaming pearl. There are faded areas throughout and signs of wear on the inside. The unglazed base had a small glazed medallion with under-glaze double circles. It is from the last half of the 20th century. The dimensions: 2 ¼” high x 10” diameter. (5.7 x 25.4 cm)

Chinese coiled pottery Jar with a squat ovoid body, with looped handles, rounded everted rim, and raised foot, reddish clay color with a dull greenish glaze, surface has scratches and marks, and one handle has a chip on either side. It dates to the 19th century. Size: 8 high (20.3 cm).

Beautifully and finely detailed cinnabar lacquer cylinder covered box with an overlay of an unfired bisque with designs of water plants along with cranes, dragonflies and a small frog seated on water lily leaf all on a red cinnabar ground with a green leaves. The lid has a low rounded floral knob with a radiating floral motif and a continuation of the design that is on the body. A green enamel interior and base with China written in red block letters, it is from the 19th century and is 6” high x 4 ½” diameter.

The straw-glazed Changsha flask form pottery vessel with strap handles, moulded leaf design on the side of the body. The rim and body have a repair, and minor chips and glaze degradation. Late Tang Dynasty (618-907) - Size: 8 ½” high

Chinese carved elmwood desk, the desk top is 19th century and the chair with the file drawer and the pullout for the keyboard is 20th century. The carved chair back had two metal rings to pull out the chair with foliate openwork flanges. Age: 19th and 20th century. Size: 33 ½” high x 40 1/2" wide x 21 ¼” deep (85.1 x 40.5 x 54 cm)

The small incense burner is decorated with a bamboo motif on the sides of the body and the reticulated lid with bamboo loop handles. Age: 19th Century - Size 5” high

The small rectangular box with a mythological creature on the lid with s scrolled motif. It has one small crack on the side near the foot. Age: 19th Century – Size: 1 ¼” high x 3 ¼” x 2 ½” deep
