| Pair of Chinese Tang Dynasty (618-906 AD) gray painted pottery prancing horses, they are finely modeled with well defined heads and pricked ears, open mouths with exposed tongues, graceful bodies with turned-up tails, and attached elaborate saddles. They are 32” high x 28” wide. Each horse has an Oxford Thermoluminescence Analysis Report (C108z14 – C108z13), with four samples taken from each horse, stating the samples yielded a similar result and was consistent with the suggested period of manufacture. | ||
