| This Chinese reverse painting on glass is of scholars dressed in long robes and Ming style hats standing around a table with a seated person holding a calligraphy brush, in a mountainous landscape setting with a waterfall and cherry blossom trees, with other male figures and a child. The backside has an attached paper with a description of the scene in Chinese calligraphy. It dates to the early 20th century. Condition: there is some loss of pigment near the border.
