| The Japanese Satsuma vase by the artist Jiuzan was made on the island of Kyushu. It has a low squat ovoid body with a tall sloping cylindrical neck, finely painted in minute detail are two panels with a group of elaborately dressed beauties having tea, a ground of repeating diaper and floral patterns, delicate floral motif on the neck, Jiuzan signature on the base.
