| This set of inro and netsuke is approximately from the mid to end of 1900s. The inro has 5 compartments (not including the lid) and it is beautifully lacquered and painted in makie style. The design depicts phoenix (hoo) and paulownia. The style of inro is Edonari and the netsuke is kagami-buta style. The ivory and bronze of the netsuke is loose.
