Japanese Yonezawa Isho-dansu Kimono chest Meiji

This Japanese tansu is approximately from the late 1800s (Meiji era). The tansu is made from chestnut and cedar and it is lacquered (Shunkei-style). The tansu is one section and has original hand-crafted iron hardware. The dimensions: 41 3/4" wide 16 1/2" deep 35 3/4" high
