Featuring a fine pair of George III sterling silver berry spoons. Classic form: raised repouse fruit and steaming leaf design on slightly gold washed bowls. One spoon dates to 1799, the other to 1805. Excellent condition. Featuring a very rare early English sterling silver sealing wax jack. Hallmarked on handle, foot, snuffer and on top piece. The hall marks are hard to decipher, but there are lions, a C in a shield that looks like the Newcastle C for 1769, and there is the castle for Newcastle. There are makers marks of GN over HH in a shield. It is very hard for me to determine the age of this piece, but it is very nice and may be this early. A very fine English small sterling bowl, a replica of a monteith bowl. Fully hallmarked with the leopard head (London),lion (England),letter d (1900) and makers mark, WC JL in shield. The underside of the foot is stamped Goldsmiths Company 112 Regent Street. This company sold many fine pieces of silver and jewelry to the Royal family and has its own history. Featuring a rare, English, early to mid 19th century, antique sterling silver and coral baby rattle and whistle. Lovely repousse work all over the surface. There are 5 bells(the 6th one is missing), a ring for hanging, and a fine coral piece for teething and good luck.
