Probably after Gainsboro or Reynolds. Also, impressed shield mark of the German porcelain company that made the blank and probably where it was painted. KPM quality. Plaque itself measures a hair under 4" wide x a hair under 6" tall without frame. With frame, measures 8.5" wide x 10 1/4" tall. Porcelain in pristine, immaculate, all original condition. No chips, scratches, cracks, damages, or restorations. Period gilt gessoe frame also excellent with only a few minor flakes on back of corners, not seen from the front. From a local museum collection from where it was deaccessioned.
