| Featuring an exceptionally fine antique Japanese wood netsuke, dating to the early 19th century. The subject, Kappa, delicately and well carved with much detail, is peering at a small frog under a charming lotus and pod. Very compact and good patina. Excellent condition with no damages or restorations. Unsigned. Dimensions: 1 1/4" long x less than 1" deep x less than 1" high. Similar models shown in Lazarnick and at Peabody museum, both signed Masatoshi. Return privilege providing item returned in sent condition, within 3 days of receipt, and the way it was packed if possible. Sales tax charged if sold in New York state unless valid sales tax number and form provided. | ||
