 Sold, thank you!
An unusual and fine Japanese Golden Age naturalistic cloisonne napkin ring done in the style of Namikawa Sosuke. The artistically rendered cherry blossoms in shades of pink and white encircle the napkin ring on a gray background, a lovely color combination. The arrow-like boarder is one that is found on Namikawa napkin rings. The wires are all brass. The hexagonal shape is unusual. The dimensions are 1 1/8" wide by 1 3/4" in diameter. In excellent condition with no damages, cracks or restorations. There is one tiny line under the enamel which is a firing flaw. Return privilege providing item returned within a short time of having received it and in sent condition and in original packaging material and the way it was packaged. Postage/insurance extra. New York buyer pays their local county sales tax on item and shipping charges unless valid tax number and resale certificate provided.
