| Featuring a ivory figure of a Japanese farmer with a rooster perched on his head and a rabbit at his feet. The man is holding an egg in one hand. The details are well carved. The man is missing a tooth. I do not know if this was intentional or not. The rooster has some chips on the tips of the feathers on the wing. Other than that and the tooth, the ivory carving is in great condition. Signed with a red lacquer signature that has been set into the base. I believe this piece has been carved out of one piece of ivory. Please feel free to ask for more photos of the damage and other details etc. Return privilege providing item returned in sent condition within 3 days of having received it. Postage/insurance extra. Sales tax collected if sold in New York state unless valid tax number and resale certificate provided. | ||
