Featuring a rare, outstanding, early, large Lenox Belleek vase with raised sterling overlay deposit in a gorgeous Chinese trailing cherry blossom design. Stamped sterling on the sterling foot rim, and an unidentified maker's mark. The Lenox mark, on the porcelain underside, with Belleek and the palette, dates this piece to the early 20th century. Also, there is a shield shaped mark with the name Rockwell in the center. This mark is hard to see, but it is there. The vase measures almost 9" tall and the diameter at the top measures 7 1/2" across, and the base measures 4 3/8" across. This vase is especially unique since it is inspired by an 18th century or older Chinese Blanc de Chine porcelain vase. Just a fabulous piece, in excellent condition with no cracks, damages, restorations or chips. All silver overlay in tact and excellent also. Return privilege providing item returned in sent condition and within 3 days of having been received. Postage/insurance extra. Sales tax collected if sold in New York state unless valid sales tax number and form provided.
