Featuring a fine Japanese silver wire cloisonne enamel vase covered with profuse flowers and a long tailed bird in a tree, probably a pheasant.The vase, with a lovely graceful shape and narrow neck, measures 6" tall and a diameter of approximately 2 1/4" at widest point. The dark cobalt blue background is beautifully worked with dozens of colorful flowers and a bird. On the reverse is a small detail of flowers. Signed with E mark, the mark of Hayashi Yojiro(see Schneider, 060). Excellent condition with no chips, cracks, damages or restorations whatsoever.
