SALES POLICIES...
DOMESTIC SALES POLICY.....
We Strive to Accurately Describe the Origin
and Condition of our Merchandise. Any item found
by a Customer to have been misrepresented May be
Returned for a Refund. Those Customers must
request Authorizaion to return an item within
3 DAYS of its receipt, and authorized returns
must be returned to us within 7 DAYS. The Customer
is Responsible for Shipping and Insurance BOTH
Directions. Returns MUST be received by us in
the Condition Originally Sent. No Refunds
for items that have been altered or damaged
in any way.
SHIPPING DAMAGE.....
Any item damaged in shipping must be presented
to the Customer's local Post Office along with
the original packing materials. Failure to do
so will void the Postal Insurance. We will assist
Customers in completing Postal Insurance Claims.
FOREIGN REFUND POLICY.....
We are sorry, but due to U.S. Customs regulations
and Tariffs, we are UNABLE to offer refund
privileges to our Foreign Customers.
TRACK RECORD.....
In 3 1/2 Years of Internet Sales we are Pleased
to State that a minute number of items have
required returning and/or refunds. Additionally,
this is Our Intent for the Present and Future.
