| A nice painting by famous Guangzhou painter Cheng Jiahuan(born 1943) depicting a bird on a blooming peach branch. This is one of Mr. Cheng's early works which dedicated to the artist's classmate Wanwei. Signed "jiahuan" with two artist's seals reading "Lingnan Cheng Shi" and "Tianhai Lou". Mounted on silk and unframed. Condition: Fair with foldings and light staining and foxing; There is a 1/4 square inch missing at the edge of the painting (Photo #6) and a one square inch paper missing on the back of the mounting(not shown). dimension: painting - 12"X24"; mounting - 18"X35". | ||
