A rare, small art glass Ewer, with swirling cobalt blue and white canes, either from Venice, or facon de venise from perhaps France. A double handle is shaped from leaves, tiny stylized fleur d' lis make up the borders around the mouth and neck of the ewer, and it rests on three ornate scrolling feet. Both the underside of the spout and the band at the base are completely covered in embossed floral decorations.
