| Early 20th C. Seth Thomas Wood Mantel Clock, spring wound, strike movement, 8-Day, chiming on the hour and half-hour; original pendulum, A200 series, convex glass crystal, card dial, with key. Beautiful front inlay, original instruction label inside, "Staunton" stamped on base. Measures about 17" wide, 4.50" deep, 8" tall, with a face diameter of about 6". Works for short periods of time, off and on; has been looked at by a professional, who says it simply needs servicing; that it is not overly worn; about $65 charge to clean it, replace oils, get it working again. The case is in very good condition, with a scuff to the back (see photo), some fading to the card face, and shows signs on the base of possible refinishing.
