ONC Sterling Silver Sugar or Condiment Tongs
SOLD

Sterling Silver SUGAR of CONDIMENT TONGS, likely antique, and certainly old ... in the "Moulton" pattern, by ONC, Old Newbury Crafters. Tongs are 4-1/4" long, 1/2" widest area of the handles at the bend, 5/8" largest are of the bowl, and 22.4 grams. Excellent condition with only minimal normal wear. $7 US Insured Shipping.

These tongs will appeal to collectors of fine silver.

ONC's website offers the following history . . . "Old Newbury Crafters is the direct-decended craft manufacturing entity of William Moulton (1617-1664), who settled in Hampton,NH in 1638, and is credited with bringing the art of silversmithing to New England. Today, some fourteen generations later, the skills and methods of handforging sterling silver are still employed by the craftsmen at Old Newbury Crafters."
