Japanese early Meiji 4 panel cloisonne small container

This is a uniquely shaped piece of early Meiji period Japanese cloisonne. Each of the four sides has a different cloisonne design, bird or flower. The edges of the panels were gilded but some of the original gilding has been worn off. There are no makers marks. Except for the gilding, the piece is in excellent condition. It is 2.5" tall and 3" wide at the top.
