A superbly decorated and conceived porcelain Herend bird perched on stump painted with warm hues of green, blue, brown and canary. Backstamp is post 1948 c. 1950 - 55. Excellent condition.
Collector's note: other birds were made in this series and are difficult to find. Similar modern versions are made but this semi-antique original is equally as nice and thus more desirable. |
