The Yixing ovoid body teapot painted with dramatic actors in full costume, and one is holding a spear, and on the reverse side is a bird perched on flowering prunus branch. The spout has a floral decoration. The circular inset lid with a peach motif a symbol of “longevity” on either side of the peach is impressed gourd shape marks. There are metal double loop handles.
