Celadon jar decorated with a dark cobalt blue glaze that is of a mother carrying a young- child on her back while the other three children playing, the one is stepping–up on a stool and pushing on a large vase that is on a table, and another child is holding a flowering branch. This Jar is so expressively painted, and is telling a story with these wonderful figures in a parade around the body. The figures are all well painted, and two male figures with raised legs carrying these colorful banners are leading the parade, the next two figures are carrying signs with calligraphy, my favorite figure wearing a long orange robe riding a pink and green temple lion, while the pair of figures in the back one is carrying a canopy and the other a vase. The lid is wood. Age: Late 19th /Early 20th Century – Size: 5” high

This round oval shaped body is eloquently painted with a delicate crane near a taihu garden rock with beautiful flowering peonies. Around the neck insert for the strainer is an elaborately painted border with the mystic knot a symbol of longevity and floral motif within blue foliate medallions. The strainer has the same crane and floral design along with calligraphy symbol on the reveres side. The lid is painted with wild flowers that are surrounded by a blue fret border. Double Metal handles on each side. Age: Republic Period (1912-1949)(base has an apocryphal Qianlong mark) - Size: 4” high

Chinese Porcelain Blue and White Vase in a bottle form with an ovoid body and a tall slender neck, decorated in a cobalt-blue glaze depicting buildings, with trees and a lake, double blue lines around the rim of the neck. On the body is carved symbols, and an x mark on the base. Condition: a chip on the rim of the neck and another mark on the neck and a few on the body from when it was fired in the kiln. The beautiful low porcelain bowl is with double sinuous dragons chasing a “flaming Pearl “. The pair of dragons are finely painted and one has lime green accents while the other dragon has a darker green accents along with pink and blue ruyi on a yellow ground. Multicolor fret border on a turquoise ground. The footed base is with Guangxu’s six-character mark in a red glaze. The bowl is in excellent condition. Age: 1875-1908
