Colorful fragment from a sarcophagus. Depicting and facing left, Osiris and two of the four sons of Horus - the falcon headed god - Qebehsenuef and the jackal headed god, Duamutef. All wearing elaborate, cross-hatched, net-design garments. Hieroglyphic inscription and remains of feather design underneath. A very close parallel at the Brooklyn Museum, appears to date this cartonnage to probably the end of the 25th Dynasty, 712-664 B.C. 10 3/4 inches high X 6 1/4 inches wide. All original pigment...

Ancient Egyptian bronze figure of a seated deity. Possibly a provincial depiction of Harpocrates, depicted nude, wearing the Nemes headdress, fronted ureas, wearing the sidelock, seated, with arms stretched along each side and wearing a highly unusual crown. 4 3/8 inches high. With base of feet inserted into the modern base with an old collection label and inscription on the underside of the base. Appears to possibly be written in French...

Ancient Egyptian Bronze Double-Ureas. Depicts two cobras, each with a broadened hood and shows the details of each of the snake’s body. 1 1/4 inches high. Possibly a decoration of a large bronze Osiris. Late Period, 25th-26th Dynasty, 745-525 B.C. Ex. RDA private collection, acquired in NY art market in the early 1980s.

An ancient Egyptian bronze figure of Nefertum. Depicted striding on his integral base, wearing a tripartite wig, fronted with ureas, with his left foot forward, with arms along his side, wearing the lotus crown and with suspension loop behind. 3 1/4 inches high. Mounted. Said to have been purchased on the Paris art market @ 15 years ago...

A bronze Atef crown's feather. Ram's horn on bottom upon which a rearing ureas cobra is perched, with gaps probably originally containing inlays, crowned with the solar disc; the cobra flanks a large, curling ostrich plume with multiple horizontal incised lines. Height: 3-1/2" , not including base. Late Dynastic Period, ca 700 to 330 B.C.

A pair of ancient Egyptian bronze and inlaid stone eyes. Late Period, 600-300 B.C. Right eye measures 2 inches wide. Left eye measures 1 3/4 inches wide. Originally, from a NYC private collection.

Solid cast, the bronze cobra with flaring hood and bulging eyes, curved along the back of the hood, its head crowned by a solar disk, the body once inlaid, with a tenon at the base. 5 1/4 inches high including the tenon. Suspension loop on back of head. V.G. Collection Brussels, 1975.

Ancient Egyptian blue faience scarab ensemble. Comprising of the beetle scarab in the center, flanked by the faïence wings. Late Period, 600-400 B.C. Scarab measures 2 inches long X 1 1/4-inch wide, left-wing measures 2 inches wide, right-wing measures 1 3/4 inches wide with small chip on tip. Scarab and wings not part of an original set. Faience ushabti for Horpenaset. Depicted mummiform, wearing a tripartite wig and beard. With pleasant, well defined, facial details, with arms crossed and hands emerging from tightly-fitted garment, hands holding hoes and seed sack behind the left shoulder. A T-shaped column of incised text at the front reads: "Illuminate the Osiris, Horpenaset, born of Asetshesen". 30th Dynasty, 365 -332 B.C. 4 3/8 inches high. Intact. Mounted. An ancient Egyptian deep blue faience scarab, inscribed with a beetle (kheper) and flail. New Kingdom, 1550 –1070 3/4 inch. Intact.

Finely detailed amulet of Hatmehyt. Depicted seated, wearing the fish crown, with finely-modelled facial details, wearing a striated, tripartite wig, arms along side and bent at the elbows. Depicting a figure seated on his haunches, his legs spread apart, his testicles indicated toward the right to accommodate his enormous phallus which rises up the left side of his body and rests on the top of his head, his left hand supporting his phallus. 1 3/4 inches high.
