Faience shabti for Pasinebu. Depicted mummiform, with pleasant facial expression, wearing a tripartite wig with long lappets and false beard, arms crossed with hands grasping hoes and emerging from tightly fitted garment. T-shaped inscription reads "Illuminating of the Osiris, Pasinebu, born of Setjet, justified." The name Pasinebu means "the man of gold". 30th Dynasty, 380-343 B.C. 4 1/8 inches high. Intact with some loss to glaze on back. From an old European collection.
